This Refund and Cancellation Policy shall apply to all Clients enrolled in a Vantage Group Legal Services membership plan. By accepting the Vantage Group Legal Services Agreement, you agree to the following, which shall be incorporated into and construed as part of a single, unified agreement:
1. General Terms
Once a matter has been assigned to counsel or any service provider through the group legal plan, no refunds—whether partial or full—shall be issued. Assignment is deemed to have occurred once any part of the matter has been formally referred, transferred, or accepted by an attorney or third-party service provider within the Vantage network.
The only exceptions to this policy are as follows:
- A refund (partial or full) is granted at the sole discretion of Vantage Group Legal Services, based on a formal internal review process.
- A refund (partial or full) is authorized in writing by the counsel or service provider assigned to the matter.
Clients understand and agree that subscription fees are charged for access to a network of legal professionals and support, not for a particular outcome or for satisfaction with the services rendered.
2. Cancellations
All cancellation requests must be submitted through the same online portal used for enrollment. Vantage will confirm all cancellations via email.
The date of the email confirmation from Vantage shall be considered the official cancellation date for all billing and service-related purposes. Any request not accompanied by such confirmation will not be considered effective.
3. Quality or Outcome
Vantage Group Legal Services does not guarantee the quality, style, communication frequency, or specific outcome of any legal matter. Legal strategy and performance fall under the independent professional judgment of the assigned attorney or service provider.
Client dissatisfaction with an outcome, disagreement with legal advice, or perceived delays in communication do not, in themselves, constitute grounds for a refund under this policy. However, clients are encouraged to report concerns so that they may be reviewed in accordance with our internal quality assurance protocols.
